Monsoon Blues Busted
By Dr. Narendra Singh
The beauty and perils of monsoon are immense and
touch our hearts with both pleasure and agony
at the same time. It is so lovely to watch the clouds
and the lightening and feel both pleasure and fear. The
floods also look so good, but make thousands miserable.
However, without rain nothing will grow and life is not
possible. The lightening, with millions of KV of electric
current, makes a lot of nitro-compounds that come into
the soil and enrich the natural environmental systems.
However, the changes in temperature and humidity
are abrupt, and hygienic conditions go haywire,
resulting in the growth of bacteria and fungi. Foods spoil
quickly and drinking water becomes contaminated, causing
many diseases (like dysentery, diarrhea etc.) Mosquito
and houseflies flourish causing viral fever, malaria,
filarial* and other diseases. The body systems fail to
cope with these sudden changes in temperature and humidity,
which lower the body's resistance to fight against air
borne and water borne infections.
We need for our bodies to develop resistance
by strengthening the immune system, so we can successfully
manage the increased load of bacteria, allergies and viruses
that abound during the monsoon season. Here ORGANIC INDIA
comes to your rescue with organic Immunity formulation. 1capsule
twice daily will boost your immune system to fight against
diseases and allergies. We also recommend taking Herbal Antibiotic formulation,
which contains organic Neem, 1 capsule, twice daily for
its anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal effects.
For those with asthma or any lung/breathing conditions,
we recommend to take Breathe Free formulation as well
against bronchial asthma and allergies.
Every one should know that a cup of Tulsi 'Tea'
twice or thrice daily is the strongest anti-stress
agent and will improve all the systems of your body.
For best prevention and also treatment during
Monsoon Season, take 1 capsule each: Immunity,
Herbal Antibiotic and Breathe Free,
twice or thrice a day, along with a cup of Tulsi
'Tea' after each meal.

Other Safeguards During Monsoon Season
Many people are killed with the strike of lightening, which has become quite common these days as compared to few decades back. The reason is the large number of high tele and electric towers that attract the currents towards the Earth. Good rubber shoes, staying in the car, or staying in a building that has earthing, can safeguard you during lightening storms. Wet clothes and shoes make one vulnerable, even big trees loaded with rain water can be a source for the transmission of current. If you can see the bolt of lightening while the thunders take long time to be heard you will be safe, that means the storm is far away. When the lightening and thunder come at the same time, then the storm is close by and it is wise to get to a safe place.
