Celebrating the spirit of the constant aim to streve for brilliance, FedEx held the International business league, to award those companies who have continuously delivered in a dynamic business environment.

The companies being awarded brought excellence to their company by reducing costs but growing in revenue, exploring newer markets developing new products and by implementing effective people practices. The winners of the awards were as follows.

Category A- INR 20 Crores- to 200 Crores -Horizon Microtech (P) Limited.

When three friends decide to leave the bandwagon and do something of their own accord, there Is little scope for anthing to hamper them. Horizon microtech was started in 1994 by three college friends Kaumil Patel, Bhagirath Choksi and Saumil Gandhi.

The trio worked in the industry for three years in order to gain experience of the market and then launched the company which is an electrical panel manufacturer and industrial automation solution provider.

With over 300 employees in three manufacturing units, the company has provided its service to various industries like steed plant, ports, airports, cement plant, font and benerages among others.

Category C—INR 600 Crores to 1600 Crores Shree.Ramkrishna Export

One of Indias most technologically advanced diamonds and jewels manufacturing and exporting firm, Shree Ramkrishna Export was founded in 1976 by Govind Dholakia. The company provides diamonds ranging from 0.18 to 3.00 carats in weight and mainly J+ colors.

Knows for its lily detailed grading system, which a diamond on 16 parameters, the company aims at providing pure diamonds to its customers.

With some of the most addvanced equipments including laser machines, planer machines, auto bruters, maxi bruters and auto sliders, the company leaves little scope to judge its perfection.

The company was awarded a specia1 recognition award for owing 100+ planner machines, a first in India, by Sarin Technology Ltd Israel.

Win a work force of over 4000 employees, the company has also venture into B2B jewellery market in the year 2003 by setting up the manufacturing unit Jewel GoIdi Seepz for the international market and Jewel Goldi (India) for the domestic markets.
