Lucknow: Benefits of Tulsi will now be on wheels, ORGANIC INDIA launched the first Tulsi Cart, which will serve hot Tulsi Tea along with a crisp copy of Hindustan Times to the health conscious.
The company in association with Hindustan Times unveiled the first Tulsi cart in Lucknow, on Monday, and an unemployed youth Dharmendra was handed over the cart. The cart and its license were provided to him free of cost. This initiative is expected to introduce more and more people to health benefits of this medicinal herb and would also provide livelihood to a large number of youth.
"Tulsi cart is an outcome of our commitment and dedication to the welfare of mankind. ORGANIC INDIA mission is to support sustainable development; environmentally, socially and economically and Tulsi cart is one strong initiative to achieve that goal," said Bhavani Lev, founder of the company.
People would not only be able to relish tea at this cart, but would also be able to buy a wide range of Tulsi Tea from the vendor. The company will also launch similar carts in the city and in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai.
