The rain brings with it a change of temperature and humidity triggering a drop in immunity leading to infections, especially of the skin. Start and end your day the right way: Cleanse your skin with a soap-free or natural cleanser such as besan. If you step out, wash your face as soon as you return to remove excess grime and oil that clog your pores. Drink plenty of water: Water flushes out toxins and purifies your blood. Add apple cider vinegar to your water – it’s packed with antibacterial and antifungal properties. Go the extra mile: Pamper yourself with face peels and packs. Use natural products – the fruits and veggies in your kitchen - to balance out oils, draw out the impurities and plump up your skin.
